– When was Toxic Holocaust founded and what motivated it? Is it your first project ever? When did you get obsessed with the music you play now?

 – TH was formed in 1999 motivated to play Thrash in the vein of Slayer, Exodus, Kreator etc. This is my first solo project and I got into all this at a very young age through a friends older brother.

 – Would you call TH a "retro-band" or not?

 – No, retro to me is bands ripping off old bands; I'm just using that as an influence and creating something new.

 – Why did you stop Hell Vomit?

 – Hell Vomit wasn't a real band.

 – As far as I know, you also play in The Misfits worship band. What makes you worship the Misfits, and how occupied are you with that worshipping act (any gigs with it, recordings released)?

 – I was in it for about a month. Misfits are my favorite band, but I don't worship anything. We played live a few times.

 – What's your attitude towards punk music and punk scene? Do you see yourself as punk in any way? Do you see it in as in any way close to the metal scene (except apparent music relations between punk and early primitive thrash)? Why then, do you think, punks and metalheads are often hostile to each other, as far as to mass fighting?

 – I'm influenced by punk, but I'm a metalhead. I don't understand why there is hostility as most of the bands that everyone loves were influenced by punk. Around here punks and metalheads get a long just fine.

 – Are you concerned with any kind of politics / "social issues"?

 – No, not one bit.

 – Your main thoughts on christianity and other religions.

 – Nuke 'em all. Fuck religion.

 – What's your attitude to Black Metal? Your favorite Black Metal acts?

 – Black Metal is amazing if it's not blast beat mania. I think some newer BM bands like Old and Urn are keeping the flame burning!

 – Not to speak of traditional thrash metal debauchery-praising, TH lyrics deal with warfare, death camps, nuclear apocalypse and Hell breaking loose… How serious are you with them, or, to put it in other words, would it be fun to you to see with your own eyes things you sing about?

 – I am fascinated with war and nuclear apocalypse… Of course dying wouldn't be so great, but seeing lots of people I hate kicking the bucket would be fucking choice.

 – What music do you listen to besides Punk / Thrash metal?

 – All metal.

 – What are your favorite ancient thrash metal acts, and which of the modern ones?

 – Ancient: Sodom, Kreator, Living Death, Violent Force. Newer: Farscape, Nocturnal, Sodomizer, Midnight.

 – Do you know any Russian thrash metal bands, and what are your favorites?

 – Well, I know Master, Korozia Metalia, Shah, and Aria.

 – A question out of zine editor's curiousity – can you remember how many interviews have you already given and to what zines?

 – No, too many to remember them all man.

 – Your plans for the future, both nearest and distant. Thrash till death?
